Welcome to Year to with Miss Delaney and Mrs Mongan! We've got lots of exciting things planned for the year ahead that we know the children will enjoy.
Our PE sessions are on Monday and Thursday, the children are expected to come to school in their PE kits on these days.
Homework will be set weekly on a Monday. This needs to be completed and brought back into school by Friday. All of our homework links to what we have been learning in class, and it is one of the best ways you can support your child in their learning.
Reading books will be changed weekly, and library books will be brough home once a week for you to share with your child. Please read daily with your child as this supports their ability to access the full curriculum. Reading books must be brought into school daily.
We are looking forward to a fantastic first term in Year 2 and can't wait to see the children learn and grow throughout the year ahead.
